We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.
- Responsibilities:
- • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- • Clarify desired information and provide solutions to customers' concerns
- • Determine customer requirements by working closely with them
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Basic telephone etiquette and computer skills
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized institution
