We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Investment Banking Operations team as a Process Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in improving processes and controls that enable business growth and scalability.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with client partners to monitor and capture data from various global functional teams across our clients. To excel in this position, you must possess in-depth knowledge of process areas and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. This involves identifying discrepancies, proposing optimal solutions using logical and systematic methodologies, and being open-minded towards inputs and views from team members.

As a Process Manager, you will lead groups towards company objectives by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices, and process improvements. You must clearly and concisely articulate goals and thoughts verbally and in writing to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Additionally, you should have strong business understanding of finance industry with special focus on capital market and derivatives. You should also be good with numbers and able to derive information from data with excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include independently handling clients and client calls, establishing yourself as a valued partner, escalating issues to client and internal managers, building domain expertise, leading from the front, and contributing to knowledge management efforts by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams.

Qualifications required for this role include graduation/post-graduation in relevant fields, 6-10 years of experience in handling teams of minimum 25 members, and good experience/knowledge of Investment Banking Operations. Prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred. A challenging new position in a dynamic high growth company and industry is sought after.
