Job Title: Senior Coupa Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant with deep expertise in Coupa and SAP Ariba platforms. The ideal candidate will lead procurement transformation initiatives, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Coupa and Ariba implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features and industry best practices.
Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with 8-10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting, strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba, and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations and support projects.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and S2P lifecycle.
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
