Job Title: Finance Leader - Financial Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee daily financial operations and lead our small finance team. As a Finance Leader, you will be responsible for managing financial records, accounts, and reports with accuracy and integrity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Management: Manage financial records, accounts, and reports with accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain up-to-date bookkeeping.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver accurate and timely results.
  • Support: Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Tracking: Track and report financial and operational KPIs.
  • Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
  • Skillset: Strong collaboration skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
