Job Title : Finance Manager

Are you a seasoned finance professional with experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Shared Service Centres? Do you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time? We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading MDM projects from start to finish, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, and implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and within-budget results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead MDM projects, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and within-budget results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and lessons learned.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on MDM and shared service centres.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP HANA, RPA, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in an SSC environment.
