Strategic Finance Leader

A highly skilled and experienced leader is sought after to spearhead financial operations within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance and accounting, as well as the ability to drive strategic decisions that enhance plant performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee cost efficiency initiatives and provide financial insights to improve overall plant performance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Optimize financial operations and enhance cost efficiency through process improvements.
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team within the plant.
- Identify and manage financial risks and act as a custodian of the organization's risk register.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide financial information and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting, proficient in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above.
