Job Title: Senior Manager - Finance and Accounting

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.

As a Senior Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This includes preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as developing financial plans and budgets.

Additionally, you will work closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IND AS;
  • Experience in handling GST & TDS compliance related matters;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
