Job Title: Commercial Branch Leader

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to spearhead our Commercial Real Estate branch office. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth, foster seamless collaboration, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth & P&L Performance
  • Lead Sales Team & Support Functions
  • Develop Marketing Strategies & Generate Enquiries
  • Oversee Property Inventory & Operations
  • Manage HR & Administration
  • Coordinate Financial Activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city-level leadership role managing sales and support functions
  • Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is preferable, but other industries such as Co-working / Managed Office Operators, Corporate Facility Management Services, Business Centers / Commercial Interior Solutions, and City Operations Heads from high-involvement services can also be considered

Required Skills & Qualifications:
