Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Overview:

The ideal candidate will work closely with a global team of consultants to devise business development strategies. This role involves synthesizing key takeaways, structuring ambiguous problems, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Devise business development strategies by conducting market research on various platforms

· Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients through firm building initiatives

· Synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to clients

Requirements:

· Should have a keen interest in business development consulting

· Excellent analytical & presentation skills (fluent in PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms

· Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

· Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/Big 4/boutique consulting/corporate strategy/corporate development background is preferred

· Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India
