As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead our sales efforts in a focus market, driving growth and expansion for AsstrA. With a strong background in international forwarding and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets the needs of our customers in the focus market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the focus market, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and grow our customer portfolio in the focus market, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in the focus market, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and delivering high-quality service to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support our sales efforts in the focus market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance in the focus market, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any challenges.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international forwarding, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the focus market, including its business culture, customs, and traditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, with a track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in the focus market.
