Job Title: Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams across assigned territories to achieve business growth through market penetration and reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective market strategies.
  • Identify potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Ensure daily/weekly collections targets are met by implementing efficient disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management processes.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to establish a strong brand identity with potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business.
  • Basic understanding of microfinance business and Joint Liability Group (JLG) model working preferred.
  • Flair for sales, relationship management, and business sourcing.
  • Critical attributes of customer service.
