
Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager. This key position requires an individual with extensive experience in sales and relationship management within the BFSI industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust business relationships with existing clients, driving growth through strategic engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities via market research and networking, generating leads to expand our customer base.
- Deliver compelling presentations and conduct outbound calls to promote financial products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer grievances and issues effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by successfully selling relevant financial products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
