Senior Finance Advisor: Healthcare Consolidation Platform

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, leveraging expertise in M&A structuring, valuation, and audit.
  • Provide oversight on transaction terms, ensuring alignment with company goals and risk management.
  • Evaluate quality of earnings, working capital adjustments, and SPA terms to inform business decisions.
  • Support founder-led teams through deal execution, board-level governance, and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Retired or semi-retired partner from a Big 4 accounting firm or equivalent transaction advisory role.
  • Deep experience in M&A transactions, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with Indian hospital M&A or private capital markets is a plus.
  • Prior board, investment committee, or fund-level experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide founder-led teams.
