Lead a Healthcare Consolidation Platform

We are building a healthcare consolidation platform to acquire and integrate small to mid-sized hospitals in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

Our Disciplined Acquisition Model
  • Targets hospitals with ₹10–₹60 crore in revenue and 12–18% EBITDA margins.
  • Organises hospitals into regional clusters with shared clinical protocols, procurement, and administration.

This approach improves efficiency and margins, positioning the platform for an institutional sale or public listing.

Ambitious Growth Plans
  1. Acquire and operate 5,000 operational beds through 70–80 acquisitions in 5–7 years.
  2. Expand EBITDA margins and valuation uplift.

As Non-Executive Chairman, you will lead the board, providing governance, strategic oversight, capital raising, and acquisition approvals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Chair board meetings and M&A strategy committees.
  • Oversee capital raising and investor relations.
  • Ensure governance compliance and risk management.
  • Advise leadership on strategic and financial matters.

You will be a seasoned investment banker with 15+ years of senior leadership experience. Your track record includes:

  • Led or participated in 30+ M&A transactions totalling $1B+, including complex or hostile deals.
  • Strong network in healthcare PE and corporate finance in India.

Prior board or chairman experience is preferred. The compensation package includes:

  • Equity in a cashflow-positive healthcare platform with audited financials and tangible assets.
  • Performance-based transaction completion bonuses.

The platform aims to solve liquidity, succession, and capital access issues for hospital owners, build a professionally governed platform with sustainable, high-quality care delivery, and work with a leadership team experienced in both hospital operations and large-scale M&A. This role is based in India with remote flexibility.
