Hospital Mergers and Acquisitions Strategist
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to advise on the financial strategy, transaction structuring, and capital allocation for our hospital consolidation platform. As a key member of our founding board, you will oversee pre-deal modeling, seller negotiations, and help guide the company through due diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Deep experience in M&A transactions with a focus on healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Indian hospital M&A or private capital markets is a plus.
- Prior board, investment committee, or fund-level experience is strongly preferred.
- FREE FOUNDERS' EQUITY: up to 5% equity based on time commitment and contribution.
- Deal completion and performance-based bonuses.
- Director fees introduced once the platform becomes cash-flow positive.
