Lead Cross-Functional Software Development Initiatives

A seasoned project professional is sought to spearhead software development initiatives and drive project delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams, including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and adherence to business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing transparent status updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 13–16 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Angular and Node.js.
