Software Development Lead

This is a challenging role for a highly skilled professional to lead software development teams. As the Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing and directing the design, development, and implementation of software systems.

You will need to apply your expertise in software development methodologies, technologies, and tools to support projects and clients effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To be an SME in software development.
  • To collaborate and manage a team of software developers to perform at their best.
  • To make strategic decisions for the team.
  • To engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • To provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • To mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

In terms of professional and technical skills, you will need to have:

  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
  • Configuration Management (CM).
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Experience in managing software development life cycles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within software systems.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
  • Fifteen years of full-time education.
