Product Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in embedded software delivery to lead the planning of product features and releases. You will be instrumental in managing diverse communication avenues, including technical leaders, senior management stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define product features and releases, driving the product roadmap forward.
  • Oversee and report on software delivery progress, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, including technical leaders, senior management, and third-party vendors providing hardware and software components.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to integrate hardware and software components.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Define clear product requirements and user stories, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Prioritize features and bug fixes based on market needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Work in a software product development environment, potentially taking on the role of Product Owner.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in embedded software delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in software delivery progress reporting.
  • Capacity to plan product features and releases effectively.
  • Able to manage three avenues of communication: Technical leaders, Stakeholders from senior management, and third-party vendors.
  • Background in the media domain (STB / TV / Media Players) is essential.
  • Experience as Product Manager/Product Owner in a software product development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
