Job Description:
- Business Development Strategy
- Deliver revenue and EBIT targets across enterprise and strategic industrial accounts by leveraging business growth strategies, managing the sales lifecycle, and utilizing CRM platforms for pipeline visibility and performance governance.
- Lead acquisition of high-value customers, large-scale RFPs, and critical deal closures through effective negotiation and client relationship management.
- Develop and execute vertical-specific growth strategies to drive enhanced EBITDA contribution, including market analysis, competitor research, and value proposition development.
- Sales Operations
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle-from lead generation to pitch, proposal development, negotiation, and final closure-while ensuring accurate commercial documentation, quote approvals, and pricing governance.
- Utilize CRM platforms for robust pipeline visibility, sales discipline, and performance governance, monitoring key performance indicators including pipeline progression, win-loss ratios, EBIT margins, and client retention metrics.
- Client Engagement
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships with procurement and supply chain leaders to drive client satisfaction, unlock upsell opportunities, and ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to drive client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and proactively address any concerns or issues.
