- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of office common areas, promoting a productive work environment.
- Perform general office clerk duties, including errands and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, booking accommodations and making reservations as necessary.
- Plan and coordinate events as required, ensuring their smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of office supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained, preventing technical issues.
- Aid with client reception duties as needed, providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize experience as a virtual assistant to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and enter data into databases accurately and securely.
