Job Title

Regional Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned business partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Travel regularly to assigned branches to monitor performance, provide guidance, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure regional commodity/currency relationship managers meet organizational revenue generation goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client mappings to RMs (equity commodity) to optimize business opportunities.
  • Expand the account base by adding a minimum of two accounts per month with an average margin of Rs 50,000.
  • Achieve at least 60% client activation in commodities and currencies within the M+2 timeframe.
  • Monitor clients' positions daily and promptly notify branch managers, franchisee owners, and high-net-worth individuals about any adverse changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, derivatives trading, and channel management skills for IFDs (Independent Financial Distributors), IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), and B2B channels.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of commodity markets and derivatives trading.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
