Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, real estate, or property scouting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Scouting: Assist in scouting and shortlisting properties based on company parameters.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants to gather site details.
  • Documentation: Assist in legal and administrative documentation for property acquisition.
  • Feasibility Assessments: Liaise with internal teams for feasibility assessments and due diligence.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Support the licensing and regulatory compliance process by coordinating with government officials.
  • Record Management: Maintain records of potential and acquired locations, including agreements and contracts.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for business expansion.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords and authorities.
  • Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for site visits, negotiations, and approvals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or property scouting.
  • Strong research and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and property assessments.
