Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, real estate, or property scouting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for business expansion.
- Property Scouting: Assist in scouting and shortlisting properties based on company parameters.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants to gather site details.
- Documentation: Assist in legal and administrative documentation for property acquisition.
- Feasibility Assessments: Liaise with internal teams for feasibility assessments and due diligence.
- Licensing and Compliance: Support the licensing and regulatory compliance process by coordinating with government officials.
- Record Management: Maintain records of potential and acquired locations, including agreements and contracts.
- Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for business expansion.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords and authorities.
- Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for site visits, negotiations, and approvals.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or property scouting.
- Strong research and documentation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and property assessments.
