Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain.

  • Develop and execute business strategy aligned with companys growth aspirations in regulated markets.
  • Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and ensuring high performance.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strengthen internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure continuous customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
">Required Skills & Experience">
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
  • Cross-functional work exposure, in any of the functions like Manufacturing / R&D / Quality, Regulatory will be an added advantage.
  • Proven expertise in handling India Regulated Markets.
  • Strong leadership experience, managing and motivating large teams.
  • Strong technical acumen to provide solutions to customers effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Educational background in Science (B.Sc.,/B.Pharm) followed by an MBA.
