Job Title: Purchasing Operations Manager

Role Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our purchasing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and analyzing files received from various verticals, obtaining clarifications from different departments, ensuring compliance with systems and processes, and assisting in negotiations and finalization of packages.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering, preferably with an MBA or post-graduation in material management.
  • They will also possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as a proactive approach and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and verify files received from various verticals
  • Obtain clarification from different departments
  • Ensure compliance with systems and processes
  • Assist in negotiations and finalization of packages

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post-Graduation in Material Management
  • Minimum 3-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proactive approach and customer focus
