About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Operations Manager to lead our Contracts & Procurement Function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining thorough records, providing commercial advice to Project Management and Operations Teams, and developing and maintaining contracts & procurement strategies and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenders, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Provide expert commercial advice to Project Management and Operations Teams on tendering, pricing, and vendor management
  • Develop and maintain contracts & procurement strategies and policies to ensure compliance with organizational requirements
  • Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks and issues, working closely with management to ensure optimal solutions
  • Prepare and present reports and statistics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
