Key Responsibilities

 Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and favorable terms.

 Procurement Strategy:

Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on cost, quality, reliability, and service.

 Negotiation & Contracts:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure the best value for the
company.

 Inventory & Demand Planning:

Work closely with internal teams to forecast requirements, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.

 Compliance & Policies:

Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

 Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Provide regular reports to management on procurement activities.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with ϐinance, operations, and technical teams to align procurement with business needs and project timelines.

 Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with market trends, new suppliers, and innovative procurement practices to enhance efϐiciency.
