The role of a Commercial Manager is to expand our presence in allocated countries by partnering with local organizations and fostering strategic collaborations.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and sales targets.
- Negotiating pricing and costs with partners to ensure profitability.
- Exploring new market opportunities, including government partnerships, to increase our reach and influence.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree in business administration from a reputable institution.
- At least 4-7 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
