Job Title: Mortgage Process Expert

Mortgage Process Overview

The Mortgage Process Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding mortgage applications through the initial stages of processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Review: Thoroughly review the Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Verification: Verify the authenticity and accuracy of income, asset, and credit documents submitted by applicants.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Proactively follow up with external vendors to obtain necessary documentation, including appraisals, Verification of Employment (VOE), title commitments, and insurance information.
  • Condition Clearing: Work diligently to clear all initial conditions on the loan file, addressing any deficiencies or outstanding requirements.
  • Checklist Completion: Ensure all items on the processing checklist are accurately completed and documented.
  • Underwriting Submission: Prepare and submit complete and organized loan files to the Underwriting department.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in International mortgage process.
  • Proven ability to work in a night shift environment.
