Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

The Loan Coordinator/Processor is responsible for guiding mortgage applications through the initial stages of processing, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify Uniform Residential Loan Applications (1003) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify authenticity and accuracy of income, asset, and credit documents submitted by applicants.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to obtain necessary documentation, including appraisals, Verification of Employment (VOE), title commitments, and insurance information.
  • Clear all initial conditions on the loan file, addressing any deficiencies or outstanding requirements.
  • Ensure all items on the processing checklist are accurately completed and documented.
  • Prepare and submit complete and organized loan files to the Underwriting department.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in International mortgage process.
  • Night shift role based in Pune.
