Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Manager - Sales to spearhead the growth of our sales operations in a designated region. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving regional sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and overseeing all operational aspects to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the racking or storage industry, with expertise in market analysis, client relationship-building, and business development. You will be instrumental in conducting thorough competitor research, identifying new opportunities, and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Sales & Client Management: Take ownership of sales performance for the region, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Operational Oversight & Analysis: Provide operational oversight for all regional sales activities, conducting thorough market analysis and competitor research.
  • Business Development: Engage actively in business development to expand the client base and market share.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing regional sales operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in a management role within the racking or related industry is essential.
  • A solid understanding of racking systems and storage solutions is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
