We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to oversee regional operations, ensuring seamless execution of wind energy projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing wind energy operations along with strong leadership and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations in the allocated region, ensuring timely completion of wind energy projects.
  • Maintain and enforce quality procedures and operational standards in compliance with client requirements.
  • Ensure all project activities are completed within timeframes and contractual obligations.
  • Handle all aspects of billing and commercial coordination related to regional operations.
  • Manage logistics for movement of wind turbine components and equipment.
  • Monitor site performance and generate timely operational reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams and client representatives for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure all operations adhere to QHSE guidelines.
  • Lead and develop the site operations team to achieve project goals.
