Regional Account Manager

Establishes the vision and strategy of the regional account plans and ensures the client receives exceptional delivery.
Understands the client's key business drivers, focuses the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables, and ensures the account team is high performing.
Manages new hire updates, exit employees updates, and day-to-day movements from one place to another with facility or site to site after movement needs to get updated in the portal.
Maintains space management reports to project MMR & QBR, visitor set up/cabin set ups, and maintaining up-to-date records on fixed and floating cubicles.
Handles ServiceNow helpdesk tickets and follows up with internal stakeholder teams.
Works on 6 days a week.
Location: On-site - Bengaluru, KA
