As a Business Manager - Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to own the sales funnel, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.

To achieve this goal, you will need to target and secure 12 to 15 projects per month, focusing on new bookings and maximizing sales potential. In addition, you will be responsible for training designers to enhance their sales skills, enabling them to meet their targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales funnel management strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Pursue and secure new project bookings, aiming for 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Lead Customer Experience & Relationship Management initiatives, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide training and support to designers, equipping them with the necessary skills to achieve sales targets.
