Sales Territory Manager

Xpetize Technology Solutions Private Limited seeks a highly motivated and skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and achieving targets through field visits, engaging directly with potential clients at their business locations.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of our retail billing software and its services.
- Identify and exploit new sales opportunities within the territory through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Must be a self-starter and effectively manage travel and scheduling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and of the local language.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers on-site.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and retail operations.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales performance.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for service improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
