About the Role

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our channel growth strategy in the given territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales through distribution networks to attain market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Deliver sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level, ensuring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel, and maintaining availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products, identifying and developing new channel partners, and expanding retail presence in existing and new geographies.
  • Distribution Network Management: Resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines, maintain high motivation levels through regular meetings with distributors, retailers, and off-roll sales representatives, and ensure sound coaching to RMs and distribution partners to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate degree mandatory; preferably full-time post-graduation in business management or MBA.
  • Critical Success Factors: Continuous learning and empowering talent, building team commitment, communication with care, leads decision making and delivering results, builds strategic relationships and organizational agility, analytical thinking, sales planning and forecasting, negotiation, working with partners, solving problems.
