About Leap

Leap is a leading multi-chain wallet with over 1 million installs across its extension, mobile, and web products. Beyond the core wallet, Leap’s products include MetaMask Snap for Cosmos, Compass Wallet for Sei, and Elements SDK.

We are now building a new stablecoin payments initiative focusing on APAC, where we have a strong foothold. Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull, and we are setting up the right team to scale.

As Senior Strategic Partner, you’ll work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. This role involves part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Act as the founder’s key advisor on critical strategic and operational projects
  • Run growth experiments across multiple geographies to test adoption pathways
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles
  • A strong generalist background with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto a plus, but not mandatory
  • Natural communication and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CFA, CAIA)
