Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement prevention services, ensuring quality and efficiency in their delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching children personal safety skills and conducting awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent documentation skills, with the ability to document field experiences in a timely manner. They will also adhere to operational protocols, including timely reporting of field activities to coordinators, and ensure regular reviews with Coordinator and Manager, Prevention Services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementing prevention projects on the field, including teaching children personal safety skills and conducting awareness sessions.
  2. Documentation of field experiences in a timely manner.
  3. Adherence to operational protocol, including timely reporting of field activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will have a strong educational background in a related field, such as Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or Child Development. Additionally, they will have experience working with children and adolescents, and be able to facilitate discussions and conduct sessions.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a monthly stipend of 25,000 INR, plus additional benefits for travel and training reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and open to extensive local travel. They will also have fluency in English and be willing to work in a large, diverse team environment.
