About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our learners have a seamless experience, serving as the bridge between learners, internal teams, and partners.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs – scheduling, tracking & reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, faculty & external partners to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage learner onboarding, communication & engagement throughout the program.
  • Analyze program data, identify areas for improvement, and share insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, resolving queries efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
  • 0–4 years of experience in customer support, program coordination, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & data handling.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
