We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to develop and execute paid advertising strategies across various platforms to drive profitable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other performance platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, social, and email, to drive integrated results
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Pitch budget reallocation and scaling strategies to drive revenue growth

 

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency focused on e-commerce
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client
  • Deep understanding of return on ad spend (ROAS), margins, funnel bottlenecks, and campaign attribution
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably
  • Reducing CAC without hurting conversions
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory

 

Additional Information:

  • Experience working with B2C companies and interacting with US-based clients is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role
