Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage ad campaigns for clients in the Health & Wellness and Local Service sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, launching, and optimizing successful digital ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Responsibilities include conducting audience research, creating lookalike audiences, managing retargeting strategies, crafting compelling ad copy, collaborating with designers on creatives, establishing A/B tests, and monitoring key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide weekly performance reports and suggest improvements. They must stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience running successful digital ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
