
Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, etc.).
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (executives, interns, designers, content creators).
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
- Build brand presence across platforms and maintain consistency in brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid ad management.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
