Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and implement innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the academy's courses and programs.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Handle social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor audience engagement.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain students.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Create and manage content, including blogs, videos, and infographics, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Track and report performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
