Role Overview

We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and grow RizeX's digital marketing division.

You will design and execute multi-channel strategies, manage a talented in-house team, and ensure that every campaign achieves measurable growth and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and own annual/quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned with RizeX business goals.
  • Plan and allocate budgets across SEO, paid ads, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CAC, and lead quality.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SEO, content, and performance marketing for maximum reach.
  • Guide the creation of landing pages, conversion funnels, and A/B testing strategies.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor SEO specialists, performance marketers, social media managers, content writers, and designers.
  • Conduct weekly reviews, set individual KPIs, and provide training to upskill the team.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work culture.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Data Studio/Looker to monitor campaign success.
  • Present actionable insights to senior leadership to improve future campaigns.
  • Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations for streamlined lead management.

Brand & Market Growth

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Identify new market trends, tools, and platforms to keep RizeX ahead of the curve.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and relevant industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media strategy, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on ROI and data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Experience managing teams in an agency/startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and growth-hacking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth culture and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
