We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in scaling e-commerce brands through Shopify Ads and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, campaign management, and digital strategy, with the ability to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Shopify Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive sales.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Shopify Ads Manager).
  • Conduct SEO (on-page & off-page), SEM, and keyword analysis to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences to improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce & content teams to optimize Shopify store performance, product listings, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the companys social media presence and engagement.
  • Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates through funnel optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with Shopify Ads features, performance marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing (Shopify Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong understanding of Shopify platform, ad integrations, SEO & SEM strategies.
  • Proven ability to scale e-commerce campaigns profitably.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, GTM, Conversion Tracking, Search Console.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
