Digital Marketing Expertise in Paid Advertising

Nitori, a leading retailer in Southeast Asia, is looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help drive digital performance across multiple markets.

As a key member of our cross-border team, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

This role requires a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization. You will work closely with local eCommerce, content, and creative teams to align messaging with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of success managing budgets over $100,000/month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets
  • Monitor campaign performance and conversions using GA4 and in-platform tools
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA
  • Collaborate with local teams to align messaging with business goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets over $100,000/month
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
