Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Strategist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPI, CPA, and ROI are being met.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication with advertisers.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive campaign success.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign management (programmatic / UA / digital advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
