
Growth Advertising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling successful advertising campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
- Build full-funnel strategies tailored for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on ad spend.
- Conversion & Growth Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
- Forecast spends, CAC, and ROAS based on past data and industry benchmarks.
- Audience & Market Research:
- Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaboration & Creative Direction:
- Work with creative teams to guide ad content and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, and attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with 7–8 figure monthly ad spends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
