Job Title: Growth Advertising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling successful advertising campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
    • Build full-funnel strategies tailored for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
    • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROAS based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content and drive innovation.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
    • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and analytics tools.
    • Proficiency in CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, and attribution modeling.
    • Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with 7–8 figure monthly ad spends.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
