Job Title: Formulation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform chemical analysis and technical physical property testing of materials and products.
  • Develop production processes & designs that meet industry standards.
  • Coordinate and perform various tests to ensure quality control.
  • Analyze data to develop conclusions and communicate results to senior management.
  • Prepare daily reports and manage factory laboratory testing equipment.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
