Law Associate - Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and legal research skills, with attention to detail and analytical abilities. You will be responsible for drafting pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.

You will also conduct thorough legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs for senior lawyers and clients. Additionally, you will represent us in court appearances, tribunals, and regulatory authorities with confidence and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs for senior lawyers and clients.
  • Represent us in court appearances, tribunals, and regulatory authorities with confidence and poise.
  • Assist in formulating strategies and preparing cases for effective representation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and keep them updated on case progress.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines while working under pressure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong drafting and legal research skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures with analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills with interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with problem-solving skills.
  • A law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience with an understanding of civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation.
