Accreditation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to obtain and maintain accreditation from various accrediting bodies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, excellent communication skills, and experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, or accreditation roles. A sound understanding of the overall management education system in the country is also essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate strategies for obtaining and maintaining accreditation from specific accrediting bodies such as AICTE, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AACSB etc.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that our programs and operations comply with the standards set by accreditation organizations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Compile and write detailed self-assessment reports, annual updates, and other documentation required by accrediting agencies.
  • Coordination and Communication: Act as the point of contact between our organization and accrediting agencies.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure compliance and gather necessary data. Your key objectives will include overseeing internal reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement in terms of accreditation/rating/ranking related to AICTE/NBA/NIRF etc., helping implement and monitor changes based on feedback from accreditation reviews, providing training on accreditation requirements, processes, and best practices, and assisting academic departments in preparing for accreditation reviews and addressing any compliance issues.
